Helping you untangle life’s challenges
–––
Hi, I’m Ange, a Melbourne-based psychotherapist and counsellor
—
I understand that life is rarely straight-forward, and our thoughts and feelings can often feel tangled together in ways that are difficult to manage. My goal is to heighten your awareness and understanding of what’s happening on the inside, helping you achieve greater choice and control over your life, your experiences and your relationships.
Whatever brings you to therapy, I promise to meet you with openness, honesty and respect. I currently see clients from a private practice in South Yarra, and online, providing a confidential, non-judgemental space to help bring improvements to your psychological wellbeing. I look forward to meeting you.
Life is not what it’s supposed to be, it's the way you cope with life that makes the difference
Therapy is a chance to be heard, understood and accepted without judgment
My clients seek therapy for all sorts of reasons. Some struggle with stress, anxiety, or depression. Others want to stop repeating unhelpful behaviours or relationship patterns. My approach can help people make sense of their thoughts, feelings and the world around them to bring improvements to their psychological wellbeing. Whatever brings you to therapy, I provide support in the following areas:
Anxiety and depression
Stress management
Trauma and family violence
Grief and loss
Identity issues
Relationship issues
Life transitions and changes
Unwanted behaviours
Personal growth
Anger management
I believe in providing a safe space and a safe relationship where clients feel comfortable

People will tell you I approach everyone with warmth, acceptance, curiosity and intelligence. From the outset, I will extend to you the utmost respect and empathy without any judgement or preconception as we discuss the reasons that bring you to therapy. As we get to know each other we’ll collaborate on your goals and agree on the focus of our work. You’ll then find I maintain a confidential, collaborative and supportive practice that’s strengths-based and trauma-informed.
